Keep the Cake Refrigerated
Cakes should be stored in a refrigerator (2°C – 8°C) if they are not being served immediately.
Refrigeration helps maintain the freshness and texture of the cake.
Bring to Room Temperature Before Serving
For the best taste and texture, remove the cake from the refrigerator 20–30 minutes before serving.
This allows the cake and cream to soften slightly and improves flavor.
Handle the Cake Carefully
Cakes are delicate products. Please handle the cake box carefully and keep it on a flat surface while transporting or storing.
Avoid tilting the box to prevent damage to the cake design.
Avoid Heat and Sunlight
Do not place the cake in direct sunlight or warm areas, as heat can melt the cream and affect the decoration.
Cut the Cake Properly
Use a clean and sharp knife to cut the cake.
Wiping the knife after each slice helps keep the cake slices neat and clean.
Shelf Life
For the best taste and quality, cakes should be consumed within 24 hours of delivery.
Storage of Leftover Cake
If there are leftover slices, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep them fresh.
