At Buncake, we strive to deliver fresh and high-quality cakes for every special occasion. Since cakes are perishable food items, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
Order Issue Reporting
If you receive a cake that is damaged or incorrect, you must inform us within 1 hour of receiving the order.
Please share clear photo or video proof of the issue when contacting us.
Replacement Policy
We only allow replacement in the following situations:

The cake is damaged during delivery

The wrong cake was delivered compared to the order
After verifying the issue, our team will arrange a replacement cake as soon as possible.
No Refund Policy
Buncake does not provide refunds once an order is placed.
Only replacement is offered in valid cases of damage or wrong item delivery.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be provided in the following situations:

Taste preference or personal dislike

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Customer unavailable at the time of delivery

Minor design variations in customized cakes
