Orders

All orders are subject to confirmation by Buncake. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if required.

Custom Cake Designs

Buncake offers customized cakes based on customer preferences.

• Design changes are allowed only if the cake has not yet been prepared.

• Once the cake preparation has started, design changes may not be possible.

• Slight variations in design, decoration, or color may occur since cakes are handmade products.

Payment Terms

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted for orders.

Customers are requested to ensure payment is ready at the time of delivery.

Buncake currently provides free delivery in the following areas:

• Chokkannahalli

• Thirumenahalli

• RK Hegde Nagar

• Agrahara

• Nagenahalli

• Nagareshwara

• Bharatiya City

Delivery availability may change depending on operational conditions.

Order Cancellation

Customers must inform us at least 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time if they wish to cancel their order.

Cancellation requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Product Disclaimer

All cakes are freshly prepared and handmade. Because of this:

• Slight differences between the reference image and the final cake may occur.

• Decorations, colors, and presentation may vary slightly.

These minor variations are normal for handcrafted cakes.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that:

• The delivery address is correct and complete.

• Someone is available to receive the order at the delivery time.

Buncake is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect address details or customer unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

Buncake will not be held responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Traffic conditions

• Weather conditions

• Local restrictions or unforeseen events
